Public Mix        Public Zombies (BTD)        Public TeamSpeak

New Design

You should be able to see it now, the main part of the site has been replaced by the new version that I have been working on for the last little while. Some things may look weird, if they do press F5 a few times (this clears the cache and refreshes the page) and if it still looks weird after that let me know so I can look into it. I also need to say that this is not done but I have at least done enough so that it can be used as the main site. There are still some things that I want to add and if you have any suggestions for new features or improvements to current ones please post.

Biggest changes with this new version:
  • New look (duh tongue.gif)
  • Upcoming Wars added to the top right so you can easily see all the wars that we have coming up, you can also click on one to bring you to the forum topic for that war where you can post and say if you can play.
  • Music Player, I will be adding more songs to this soon
  • Server tabs, you can change the server / reload it without having to reload the entire page
  • News, the news that is posted in this forum will now appear on the main site
  • User menu in the top right, this links to your profile and inbox and if you have any new messages it will say for example "(1 New) or (2 New)"

Thats about it...for now at least tongue.gif

CoD4 1.7 Patch

This patch is out, it is mainly just a quick fix for some bugs that were in 1.6....you probably won't notice anything that is different but if you download it please do not install it yet as we should wait until TWL approves and until we figure out if our upcoming matches will be played in 1.6 or 1.7.

- Fixed an exploit that allowed players to access certain console dvars during multi-player matches.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when a Chinatown Sabotage match would go into over-time.
- Fixed a bug where the MP icons (Bomb, Defend, Capture, etc) were always showing up as English regardless of the install language.

Happy Birthday

June 27th marks one year of RA! biggrin2.gif

One year ago me and Vlay were using private messages on the INF website to figure out the final details of the clan, then, once we had everything figured out we put on the tag and started playing on the INF public server. We had only 2 members, but we quickly recruited a few more. Vash, for those who remember him, was one of the first members along with Keli, Meddle, Wolw3rin3, Xuno, Musapa, Fall, Sene and Da Crown. Soon we had our first CoD2 server, our first website (visit the forums to see a lot of spam!) and our first war which was against INF (and we won ^^).

There, a bit of history for you newer members tongue.gif

Also, we decided to promote a few active members who have been with us for a little while now, Enjoy!

Ryba, Adene, Orkish, Kipa, Meddle, Breathless, Samurai, Uriel, Vasiliy....Congrats to all smile.gif

COD 5

Call of Duty 5 details leaked
by: Kincaid
Rumour and speculation are rife that Call of Duty 5 is not only playable, but already going through the qualify assurance phase.

We previously reported that Call of Duty 5 will be released on no less that six platforms. However, according to inside sources, Infinity Ward won't be working on the title. Instead, Call of Duty 3 developer Treyarch will be working on the game, as previously hinted last December.

The game is also going to be set in the Pacific theatre of World War II according to the same sources and reputed to be using the same game engine as Call of Duty 4.

Apparently it will only be a 'matter of time' before we see a demo suggesting the game could be released well before March 2009 as previously indicated.

Activision confirms Call of Duty 5Call of DutyCall of Duty 2Call of Duty 4
by: SpoX
Activision has announced that Call of Duty 5 is in the making, which they announced in an announcement released yesterday which can be read here. The confirmation is not really unexpected, as the CoD franchise has always been a success. Details concerning Call of Duty 5 has not yet been revealed though.

Probably Treyarch will be developing the game. It's already known that Infinity Ward will not be developing the game. Activision announced they want to bring out a new Call of Duty game every year.

CoD4 1.6 Patch

This Thursday June 5th the CoD4 1.6 patch will come out. It will have some minor bug fixes here and there but obviously the main thing is the maps. We will be getting 4 new maps, all of the ones that were in the map pack released for the consoles a little while ago except we get them free (Thanks to Nvidia). The 4 new maps are Broadcast, Chinatown, Killhouse, and Creek with Chinatown being a remake of Carentan.

More info and a few screenshots of the maps can be found here.

And BTW, yeah I know that you all probably know about this already but we need some news to put here tongue.gif
